Category Manager is the first tool that enables you to search and rename within Outlook categories; delete entries which aren't in use; find entries which aren't in the Master Category List, but in Outlook items only; print, import and export your system and share it simply with others!

The Quick-Cats dialog box is the most effective way to assign any categories: place it on the screen where it will be inobtrusive and it will display whenever an Outlook window becomes active. That is the shortest possible way to use your frequently accessed categories. You can save time every day and reduce a multitude of mouse clicks.
